Product engineering pays €3,400–4,100 gross a month and the payouts team €4,600–5,500 — numbers we print in the ad rather than save for a final round.
Fridays stay meeting-free, work is remote within CET ±2 or two days at our Dublin office, and there are 25 days off plus bank holidays.
Every engineer has €500 a year for learning, whether that goes to a payments conference or a course on merchant payouts.
