It usually starts the same way it did back in 2011: a client's internal analyst is overloaded, and we take the work over. Vistula Analytics builds and maintains data pipelines, warehouses and reporting layers for manufacturing and retail clients in Poland, Germany and the Nordics, turning ad hoc spreadsheets into something that survives someone's holiday.
Around 45 people work across data engineering, BI and a small client-delivery function, split between our Krakow office and client sites. Engagements typically run 6 to 18 months with a dedicated pod of three to five people.

Beneficios y ventajas
Data engineers are paid €2,900–3,600 gross a month, a range we publish rather than leave to the first interview.
Analytics roles here are hybrid out of Kraków, with 26 vacation days and the whole Christmas week off for the team.
On-call never lands on one person: our database duty is shared between two administrators working the same Kraków office.
